The two young men that looked after reception are exceptional and all the other staff also very good from cleaning staff through to the people working in the kitchen Obviously the owner runs a very good business but has installed into his staff a very professional but friendly way of working Seriously if you are looking for a place to stay this hotel is very underrated in my opinion well worth 9 star due to the friendly welcome you get Thank you and if I get back to Santiago i will stay with you again

This building seems to actually be meant to be a hotel, so that compared to the other places I've stayed in Santiago, this is more comfortable. It has an elevator, it has good air condition, it has big windows and bright rooms, it has a stable wifi - none of these are a given, haha. The Japanese theme gives the place a bit of personality, too, and the surrounding area is really nice.

The personnel were very kind. The location is very good, near to some interesting places. The administrator was a very kind and educated man. The breakfast was good. The parking place was also nice. I recommend this hotel. 👌👍
